A simple spaghetti dish that can be made easily on weeknights!

On workdays I feel like making a simple spaghetti dish is way easier than cooking rice with several dishes. There are no fancy ingredients but I assure that once you’ve done it right, you will like it.

Weeknight food

Ingredients

  • cloves of garlic

  • Teaspoon Olive oil

  • teaspoon breadcrumps

  • 1/4

    cup of milk

  • 1/4

    pound ground beef/pork

  • cup chopped onion

  • 1/2

pound Spaghetti(linguine or any othe shapes)

  •

    Parmesan Cheese

    optional

  • 1.5

    tablespoon black pepper sauce

  • 3/4

    cup white wine

  • teaspoon black pepper

  •

    Salt for seasoning

  •

    Mushroom

    optional

Steps

  • Step 1: Drain the breadcrumbs in milk for 5 minutes until they are fully soaked out.
  • Step 2: Put the beef, grinded parmesan cheese, a pinch of salt and some black pepper in a bowl
  • Step 3: Grab the breadcrumbs out of the milk and squeeze most of the milk of out the breadcrumbs. Put the breadcrumbs and 1/4 cup of chopped onion into the bowl with beef. Mix them together.
  • Step 4: Roll the beef into balls and let them rest
  • Step 5: Add the olive oil on the pan with medium heat. Put in the meatballs until the bottom turns browned/golden
  • Step 6: Gently flip every meatball and let the pan do the work
  • Step 7: At the same time, prepare a pot of water with olive oil and lots of salt. Put in the spaghetti when boiled and let it cook for 8-10 min.
  • Step 8: Back to the pan with meatballs - when you think the meatballs are almost done, put in the rest of the mushroom and chopped onion in high heat
  • Step 9: Add all the garlic and black pepper
  • Step 10: Add the home made black pepper sauce - mix them together. Add the white wine to deglaze.
  • Step 11: Add some water from the spaghetti pot. It contains some salt and oil.
  • Step 12: Stir slowly for around 10-15 min until the sauce has been reduced to your preference. Taste the sauce and season it if you like
  • Step 13: After the spaghetti is done, mix the drained spaghetti into the sauce
  • Step 14: Grate some cheese on top if you like and complete!
