Daily usage: Black pepper sauce

This newly made sauce could become your spicy topping for your stew, spaghetti, etc.
Sometimes I feel like just adding black pepper when cooking is a little bit boring. I’ve always been keen on different kinds of black pepper sauce so I decided to make my own versions of it and here is one of them! Normally it could be kept within a week.

Garlics

Teaspoon sugar
Black pepper corn

Tablespoon butter

Tablespoon white wine

Tablespoon Tomato sauce

Teaspoon soy sauce

Tablespoon Steak Sauce
Steps
- Step 1: Chop the galic, onion and shallots
- Step 2: Stir-fry the grinded galic and shallots on the melted butter until turning into golden color
- Step 3: Put the chopped onion, stir-fry
- Step 4: Put the black pepper corn, stir-fry for 1 minute
- Step 5: Keep the medium heat, add the tomato sauce
- Step 6: Add white wine to deglaze
- Step 7: Add the steak sauce - simmer for 3 minutes
- Step 8: Add some sugar to adjust the flavor
- Step 9: Add some water to adjust the consistency
- Step 10: Cool down the sauce for your next usage!
